Sundried Tomato Olive Tapenade

Simply divine with its tangy and full-bodied flavor. The tomatoes are slow-dried in the sun and blended with just the right amount of herbs.  Crushed kalamata olives are added to create this intensely deep flavored tapenade.

Use as a pesto and stir into a bowl of warm pasta. Spread on sandwiches, pita bread, and warm-toasted crusty breads. Use to season fish and chicken before grilling or baking. Use as a topping for pizza and focaccia. Mix with ricotta or cream cheese to create a delicious dip.
